Bright Path offers comprehensive services including training workshops and long-term implementation support, all based on the evidence-based methodology of Executive Skills Coaching. This approach leverages inherent strengths and helps identify and navigate obstacles, all in service of individual, team, and programmatic goal achievement.

Our facilitation is grounded in adult learning principles, is highly engaging, interactive, and centered on your expertise in your program, desired outcomes, and experience. We leverage Mathematica’s Learn, Innovate, Improve (LI2) model to provide tailored implementation support as you design, test, assess, and ultimately embed newfound coaching strategies within your programs.

Our facilitated workshops can be delivered virtually or in-person.

Pricing starts at $2,500.

Our Offerings

Package A: Executive Skills 101

Our signature workshop, “Executive Skills 101” and a debrief call to support your post-training steps.

In this highly engaging and interactive workshop, attendees will:

  • Learn about Executive Skills: What they are, how they develop, why they matter for goal achievement;
  • Reflect on individual and team Executive Skills, their result on behaviors, and their impact on goals

Details: 2 hours, over Zoom or in person

Group size: 3-300 people

Level of experience: A great introduction for staff in any role, with any level of work experience

Package B: Executive Skills Coaching: From Knowledge to Practice

This package combines three training sessions and four implementation support sessions to create a strong foundation of Executive Skills Coaching knowledge and the skills for your team to test and implement the strategies in practice.

We use a learner-centered approach grounded in adult learning principles and 

Mathematica’s Learn, Innovate, Improve (LI2) implementation science framework to facilitate engaging, fun, effective training modules and implementation sessions virtually or in-person. 

This package includes the following three training modules:

  • Executive Skills 101
  • Executive Skills Coaching
  • Executive Skills-informed Leadership

And four implementation Support Sessions, each one supporting your objectives and building your team’s capacity to design, test, and assess various Executive Skills Coaching strategies in your team and programs. 

Details: Each module is 2 hours, and each Implementation Support Session is 1.5 hours, for a total of 12 hours, plus independent work between sessions – recommended engagement of 6 months 

Group size: 3-8 people

Level of experience: This package is a great fit for a program team or leadership team looking to shift strategies to improve team performance and program effectiveness

Package C: Executive Skills Coaching for Impact

This package combines six training sessions and ten implementation support sessions to create a strong foundation of Executive Skills Coaching knowledge, the skills and capacity to tailor your Coaching strategies for your team or program, and the support to fully pilot and implement your strategies in service of program improvement.

We use a learner-centered approach grounded in adult learning principles and Mathematica’s Learn, Innovate, Improve (LI2) implementation science framework to facilitate engaging, fun, effective training modules and implementation sessions virtually or in-person. 

This package includes the following three training modules:

  • Executive Skills 101
  • Executive Skills Coaching
  • Executive Skills-informed Leadership
  • Motivational Interviewing
  • Trauma, Co-regulation, & Resilience
  • Executive Skills to Support Goal Achievement

And ten implementation Support Sessions, each one supporting your objectives and building your team’s capacity to design, test, and assess various Executive Skills Coaching strategies in your team and programs. 

Details: Each module is 2 hours, and each Implementation Support Session is 1.5 hours, for a total of 12 hours, plus independent work between sessions – recommended engagement of 9-12 months
